Welcome!

I am a qualified Counsellor with a Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Psychodynamic model).  I have undertaken additional training in Couples & Relationship Therapy (endorsed by COSRT). I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work in accordance with their Codes of Ethics and Professional Practice.  I am registered with the WPA health care provider as a recognised Psychotherapist.

I work with clients experiencing a wide range of psychological and emotional issues. I strongly believe that talking to an impartial professional, outside of your network, can be a transformative experience.

My private practice is based in Felpham near Chichester.  I offer In-person and Online Counselling for Individuals and Couples.

I have experience of working at a local Counselling Service and at University Counselling Centre supporting students, using a brief solution-focused framework.

My  fee is:- £45 for Individual Counselling

                        £70 for Couples Counselling
